Visa Refusal

Visa applications can be refused on many grounds. Most refusals are due to the applicant not knowing how the system works. Or it could be something a little more complex like applying for the wrong visa or not meeting the criteria for the visa.

Most visas have Time of Application criteria and Time of Decision criteria. These are found by reference to the Migration Act, 1958 and the Migration Regulations, 1994. All relevant criteria for a particular visa must be met.
